Firefly BuildPath, operated by Firefly Mortgage, LLC, uses the information you provide to respond to your home-building inquiries. This policy covers this website and the BuildPath project-support texting program. A separate mortgage application or provider may have its own privacy notice.

Information we collect

Our project form collects your name, email, phone number, project location, home preferences, land status, budget range, timing, financing preference, and the notes you choose to provide. We record your contact choices, text-consent disclosure, and submission time. Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information such as IP address, device information, and service logs to deliver and protect the service.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, credit reports, or loan documents through this form or by text. Use the secure process provided by your loan team for financial documents.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to understand your project, respond to questions, arrange consultations, maintain customer records, and protect our services. If you request financing guidance, we use that preference to arrange the requested follow-up. Choosing a financing option does not subscribe you to mortgage marketing texts.

Text messages and your choices

Text enrollment is optional and uses a separate, unchecked box. If you opt in, messages concern your requested BuildPath project, consultation scheduling, and appointment reminders. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of construction or financing services.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. You can also contact billy@fireflybuildpath.com for help or to change your preferences. Withdrawing text consent does not cancel a consultation or other service.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared for another business’s campaigns.

We may provide information to service providers who help us host the website, store inquiries, schedule appointments, or deliver communications, solely to perform those services for us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security. Project details may be shared with the team needed to respond to your requested services.

Retention and protection
