Texting Terms

Effective September 6, 2026

These terms cover the optional Firefly BuildPath project-support messaging program operated by Firefly Mortgage, LLC.

What you agree to receive

By checking the separate text-consent box on our project form, you agree to receive recurring texts at the mobile number you provide about your requested home-building project, consultation scheduling, and appointment reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments.

This program does not enroll you in another business’s messages or mortgage promotional campaigns. It does not authorize a credit pull, loan application, loan approval, construction contract, or payment.

Optional enrollment and costs

You may submit an inquiry without enrolling in texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving construction or financing services. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. You must be an adult and the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation text, and no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Contact us if your number changes or you need help stopping messages.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email billy@fireflybuildpath.com. You can request service by email even if you do not receive texts. Opting out does not cancel an appointment or service agreement.

Delivery and sensitive information

Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies or time-sensitive financial instructions. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports, or loan documents by text.

Privacy and updates

See our Privacy Policy for information handling and the protection of mobile numbers and messaging consent. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. We will obtain new consent before using your number for a materially different messaging purpose.
